Sunday saw the start of the 2005 Poros Boat Show. This year we see over 60 craft exhibiting along the sea front of Poros Island. The total value of all the boats has been estimated to be well in excess of £49.99 and therefore slightly over my budget. Perhaps we could look at a day charter; well, a close source says that you could take one of these for only €7,000 per day plus fuel, tax, fees etc We can but dream. This is the closest most of us can get to these 'Gin Palaces' why, most of these include the ice and a slice!
